Default stalling when hot

i have an 01 electraglide. i haven't been riding it a lot lately. when i got it out this past spring, it runs great, but when it gets hot, it wants to stall when i pull the clutch to stop or downshift/slow down.. i set the throttle position sensor, set the cold/hot idle, sprayed the throttle body out with carb cleaner to make it nice and shinny again..
that made it run really nice, but it still stalls out on me once and a while when it gets good and hot. it doesn't sputter or anything, just cuts off. usally i can just hit the starter button and keep going. sometimes it turns over slow like the timing is way out and it is fighting itself. but after a few seconds it fires up and runs great again till next time i pull the clutch with out holding the throttle open a little.

the bike is basically stock besides 2011 cvo take off mufflers(shouldn't make any difference) and some some dealer download that i was told doesn't do much but raise the rev limiter.. the only thing different this year is i replaced the HD battery with a Deco battery.

i have been searching this site, and the web but cant find a solution.. does any one have an idea?? the year is ending fast, and i want to get a little fall riding in before snow flys..

Did you examine the TPS connector for corrosion on the terminals?

I recommend this one thing a lot it seems. Clean your IAC or replace it.

Just for grins, put in a bottle of stp injector cleaner--- couldn't hurt and may just help. I do it about every eighth tank on my bikes and about every fifth on my cars. When the spray pattern isn't right on the injectors, you can get this kind of thing happening. It will run fine on the go but sometimes have a rough idle or stall. As soon as I feel anything but a dead smooth engine at stop lights, in my cars, in it goes.

New battery or not, have a load test done on it, to rule out that possibility.

Spark plugs could be dirty, high voltage leakage on the spark plug wires, air mass-flow meter not seated properly, sometimes engine oil if you don't change it often (like in my lawn mower ), a tiny air leak on the heads (admission+exhaust), fuel pressure when voltage is low (at idle), one valve not seating properly plus all that was described above.
The first information I would seek is the coloration of the porcelain around the center electrode on a set of new spark plugs immediately as the problem occurs.
