coming from an old garage that didnt have much electrical.... always found it helpful when i installed 3 retractable extension crop cords on the ceiling. there was never a reason to run a extension cord to center of garage from wall... justpull from above!
I built a small shop for my Harleys last year, about 350 sq ft.
Made sure it had a couple of 220V breakers. Currently one is in use by the compressor and the other is HVAC.
Gotta have a rest room.
I even painted it HD colors, white, black, & orange.
Once outfitted it, I have only one regret......
I didn't sink the lift table into the floor.....
I park one of the bikes on the lift, to save space.
In my small shop, a sunken lift table will certainly help out with space issues....
When I switch bikes on the table, out come side extensions and ramps. If I leave them on, they take up room. If I take them off, I gotta store them somewhere handy... still take up room.
But more than space issues... The table sits 8" above the floor when fully collapsed.
If the bike were dead, like my Ultra, I would need help pushing it up the ramp.
My table goes to 40", so if I sunk it flush, it will still raise 32"... like many lift tables... good enough for me.
I am going to sink it into the floor this winter. It will cut done on time/effort to switch bikes on the lift and will allow me to push a broken bike up the lift single-handed if ever necessary.....

Is this for parking or working in?
Sounds like it's big enough for both! Do you fabricate/weld or do hot work? Do you paint or do body work? Ventilation away from the "clean" side might be a consideration.
Are you in a wet or snowy area? A continuos slot or trench drain to outside is something else to think about.
Run extra conduits across from one end to the other with a 4sq box every 15-20 ft. no smaller than 3/4".
Just a little thing, but run a nice bead of polyurethane calk between the floor and wall and finish it wit a 1/2 inch radius before painting the floor. It will save having to sweep or vac a crack.
I put all benches and other heavy items like compressors on castors. this way it makes cleaning easier, i have a motorcycle dolly for easy moving around. remember when you drop something it will always roll under something
