backordered SERTS are coming in
Maybe everyone knew this but me, but dealers are getting the sert backorder backlog cleared, and apparently the MoCo is shipping big niumber at least to some dealers. My 07 ultra went in for its 1000 mi service, and the dealer called me late yesterday to inform me there'd be a little delay, to expect it today because they hadn't finished the stage one upgrade. I hadn't expected my backordered SERT to be in, so I was VERY happy with this delay!
I was WAY down the list with about 120 backordered SERTs before me, so this is really good news. I went with new 2006 SE slipons because want to preserve the crossoverm, the SERT and an SE a/c. It will be great to get this bike sounding like a harley. AND cool it off some. even in cool weather this thing was red hot.
