It's a harbor freight lift. 27" before you recess it. Maybe 21" table height once its been recessed, too low in my opinion.

my shop is 11 1/2 high, 23 wide and 29 long, inside measurements. The height allows me to hang 6 bikes. I have a 100 amp service, 110V. I share that space with my S/O and her garden stuff. I have used s/s wire shelving alone one long wall. I also bought medium duty shelving units that reach the ceiling. There is a wood stove that heats the place. The stove is 30" off the floor, so it exceeds code. A box fan hangs from the ceiling so I can move the warm air around. In 20 minutes I can work in a t-shirt with outside temps of -20° F. There are 3 windows that do not open on the south side, up high so nobody can see inside the shop. There is a concrete pad at the front, gravel from there to the street. I had a real electrician wire the shop, and I marked where I wanted electrical outlets, with yard lights front and back. What would I do different? I would have gone higher so I could have a storage loft for more crap that I would never use. And I would have used 6" studs for more insulation.
