I bought the set for the RKC and I am not impressed. I installed the lock for the left bag and I have to play with the darn thing for almost 5 minutes to get it to lock. After first installing it I couldn't even get it to lock no matter what I did so I ground off a little bit of the guard mechanism so that it would clear the bolt. Anyway, to all you readers out there be warned. I E-Mailed inertia and got no response at all. So I don't think I would recommend their products.

Sometimes e-mails do not get to were they need to go! that is why I have a cell # provided on the invoice to all customers who have purchased the product for easy way to get questions and concerns taken care of during install and after for questions. The number is available 24hr's forcustomer service. And if you don't have that # the # provided on the web-site can get you to the shop were the # is given out by my receptionist. Sorry you had this problem next time please pick up the phone. You can understand that we get alot of spam e-mails so it can be over looked. Yes I am always available for any questions. thanks
