Anybody know of an alternative touch up paint , than HD? Like duplicolor?

I've got a spot to touch up that is about a quarter inch square at the most. Don't want to pay 40 bucks for the OFFICIAL touch up kit. I'll go look at the duplicolor rack at auto bone.

believe it or not, some people i know have gone to walmart and got perfect color matches for touchup in the finger nail polish isle.
