What is it, cost to much to just put the month and year information there instead of some cryptic code that everyone will be able to figure out anyway.
since this is a sudden problem, it's probably your tires; maybe you picked up a nail? or it could be tread separation or something internal. but it wouldn't hurt to check the other things mentioned above.
I am a support engineer and every time I get a case for support issues on something that was working fine and suddenly misbehaves I always first ask, What has changed.
The description you give, combined with the note that you inflated tires just before the ride instantly would narrow my search to begin with the tires, then the wheels. You may find as suggested by others that there was a loose bearing or mount or something and that whatever happened with the tire/wheel was just enough to act with the other out of spec item to cause your event. Sort of like bad motor mount and has been bad but showed no symptom, then you inflated tire and tire got out of balance or something and the two worked in unison to cause the behavior. Might be simple enough.
My basic troubleshooting tells me you should start with the wheels/tires.
That said, I am glad that you made it safely despite the "interesting" journey.
The spokes are done. Bet some are broken. Tires are probably 10 years old. There was a service recall on the front motor mount. Think maintenance or have problems.
don't forget to check the wheel bearing.. they are notorious for going bad and if the bearings suddenly broke loose a fell out that would explain what happened...
