I've owned a new '07 GL1800 for 5 years, plus 3 Harleys as well as other bikes and since I started riding in '05 and believe me it's not just Goldwings that have horrible resale.

Welcome back. Went through quite a few bikes myself over the last 45 years, Goldwings and BMWs included. Must confess that a lot of them are mechanically superior to the HDs but none of them can touch the riding position on my Limited.

I bleed orange and black but bash no one for what they ride as long as there riding,at the end of the day were all brothers enjoying the open road and all the crazies trying to ruin or day. Ride Often,Ride Safe.
