2014 Cam Tensioner

Do we have to change the cam tensioner on the 2014 103 like we did on the 88's? If so when should we start watching for this?

H-D changed to a hydraulic cam chain tensioner in 07 along with a roller chain, so no.
The spring loaded chain tensioner and silent chain were replaced when the moco went
to the 96 inch engine in 07.

I'd check them at about 100K.

on my 07 they still looked new at 35,000.

No need with the hydraulic tensioners since '07 as stated. They are good for many 10s of thousand of miles, especially if you are using a decent oil. And no, this is not intended to start another oil thread, just sayin.
