Windshield Shenanigans

I ordered a windshield from chopper cycle .com on eBay last week called " ultra clear", 9 inch with a re curve. Got here 3 days early, that's good. The box was from Long Ride, I thought , WHAT? That's good. The box was smashed on one end ( usps) that's bad. Opened it and luckily the w/s was un- hurt, that's good. It had zero padding in the box around it, just the sticky cling wrap, nothing else, that's bad. Unbelieveable it wasn't damaged. Looks like a very high quality product, that's very good.

I'm glad it got to you okay. These shippers can be very destructive. In my experience, no matter how bad the box looks, 99% of the time, the shield comes out unscathed. Hope you love it!

Polycarbonate is so rugged that the cling wrap is usually enough. It prevents scratches. You could almost run over the box without breaking the plastic.
