I tried to sell mine for most of the summer, would like something a little lighter. The market up here is flooded so its a buyers market. I offered mint to the last interested dude for $13.5k, he passed, I guess I will ride mine till it pucks. GLWS. Mike
Boats suck , unless you live at the lake. Gas in the truck , gas in the boat , getting ready to go, unload boat, load boat, beer , snacks, drive to and from lake , unload boat back at the house , unload all the **** out of the boat , clean boat, let it sit till you get ready to go again............ Been there done that I'll pass! Bike. Open garage go ride , enjoy ride Go home , park it in the garage , repeat as necessary . Good luck whatever you decide.

Yep, had a brother in law who said the same thing, his boat owned him. Like the old saying goes, the two greatest days in a man's life is when he buys a boat, and then again when he sells the boat:-).

I had two ATV's. Same story. Sold them. Bike is so much easier to enjoy
Hahaha....... this is getting me no where! I get it. Keep the bike! Lol! Was just looking to cure my pain.
Had a boat a while back. Thought a nice cabin cruiser would do the trick. Then was just reminded of the pain in the rear of owning a boat. It sucks!
Thanks to the guy who posted all that b.s. about owning a boat. lol! Kinda made me laugh for a moment, then I threw up in my mouth!
I already have two cars I don't drive, two snowmobiles I barely ride, and the bike has been very good to me. I can fire it up and go with little to no cost.
I have to stop the madness! But it's hard. Anyone fighting the fight that I do, knows what I'm talking about.
A.D.H.D. is a real ****! Not even joking.......
Joe: I get it. I have a brother that is ADHD, and he's my best friend. Sometimes though, I have to chuckle at how badly he walks backward financially because of it.
Should you decide to keep the bike, here's something to think about... FM 107" kit with level B heads. I just finished my project, including a dyno tune, and it's a different bike altogether. Prior to the project, the bike didn't have all that I could take, now it has more than I can handle. Literally. It is SO fun to ride. The total cost was under $2500 because I did all the work myself (save the dyno tune, of course), so it did require some planning and saving. But all said and done, it made my bike one that I can FULLY enjoy for several years before I think I'll want more, and quite possibly longer. My skills are not going to get better (I am after all getting older), so it may be all I need as far as power goes, period. Time will tell, and we'll see. Point being though, that with some patience, you can turn that bike into a beast relative to what it is now, with your wrenching skills.
Just something to look forward to, and plan for, if you keep it and it tickles your fancy.
Jim......I just recently realized something. I'm dumping money into a 900lb pig. It will cost me $15k to make myself happy, seriously. Plus the cost of the bike. Then when I'm done, I still won't be happy. Get it?
I'm fighting a losing battle. I'll just try to be happy with what I have.
