Default Before and After Pics

Would like to see some other before and after pics if you did a minor or major tranformation. Post some pics of your before and afters!

Along with little story of said transformation. Did you do the work yourself? Did you buy it custom or stock. What theme were you going for. What deals did you get along the way.

Before. bone stock. Bought new from Napoleon Harley in Sept of 14.

Went for a CVO Street King Special look. Did all the work myself. Got most of the parts on HDForum, some from ebay, some from Craigslint. And a few from the dealer.

Wanted the streetglide look without the fairing/radio. Had 3 ultras, and was tired of the bulk/distraction. Can ride with no windshield/lowers in the hot summer, no tourpak. Cooler weather I can ride full touring.

Looks great.
Did almost the same thing...
My SGS now has tour pack, fairing lowers, 1-1/4" black engine guard, and 1-1/4" saddle bag guards (they are really huge compared to what I had on my Road King).

All the best and enjoy the ride.

Stock day it came home stock (except for the bag rails, had to have them) and as today. I went the other way ..... took the tourpak off, stage 1, Mustang vintage solo seat, and a RK *** end plate relo. I don't 2up and I've used the tourpak with a solo rider setup once, but no more. Doubt I'll ever use it again until I get my "new" 2014 SGS setup over the Winter. Then I may go back occasionally with the tourpak, depends on the length of the trip.

This is what it looked like after my first year of owning it. It is the way it came from the shop...I knew it had to change to better suit me and my personality.

This is what it looks like today. I have not decided if the pipes will go black yet or not. But it is much more suited to my personality and LOVE riding it. I get many compliments on it everywhere I go.

Forgot to add, I did all the work myself with the additional assistance from my brothers....
Everyone thought I was crazy Yep...

Looks good, man. I like the quick disconnect. You have 2, sometimes 3 different bikes.

I like the blacked out old school look a lot better than the big skinny wheel up front trend. Apes are way cool too.
