To anyone that uses Chicago HD, do you get the 20% off for only internet sales or can you walk in and get the 20% off. I work in Chicago and would rather show up and purchase as opposed to online purchase.

I think it's just the internet sales. I have had two orderswith them, and no complaints.

Nope, it is for in-store business, too. I used to live in Chicago and bought my dresser from them.

Was the discount for instore because you bought your bike from them? I need to order some parts and would rather show up instore to purchase just incase they have them in stock.

As far as I know, it was not related in any way to purchasing a bike. You can call and ask, though. If you are in the city, go to the shop on Western instead of the yuppie shop in Glenview. Unless they have shuffled personnel, the parts guys at the Western location were a lot more knowledgeable.

You got my last dime when I ordered that spacer kit from you. LOL Nice work on those by the way. The powder coating is very nice. Looks stock and does what it was intended to.

Yep, it was the $36 kit that put me over the edge because it couldn't have been the $1000 I just put into the bike.

When you checkout it asks if shipping or picking up. I do not know if you have to wait for notification to pick up.
