There is another guy on eBay that modifies stock mufflers (New Harley (NC) Slash Up Performance Mufflers), so I got a pair. Nothing wrong with B&E Superflow, I just thought I would give this guy a try…that’s right when I was looking B&E did not have the slash up pipes. The pipes I got were off of a Road King, Ted was great to work with, apparently he gives you a choice from 1 to 5 as to how loud you want the pipes to sound. You can even do half numbers if you want. I have not put on the pipes yet (I just had nose surgery) I plan on taking a video with the stock pipes and then with the new pipes, I will post the results.
Either way you go, these guys do a great job for the price, you can’t beat them.
Ted did say that getting true duals will help with hearing an equal sound coming from both pipes. He also sells a kit for them, but wasn’t pushing, just said it would help.
