In SlowRollin original post he states that he is using a FP3 tuner which will cover any tuning needed for his setup.
K&N states that their replacement air filter for 2014 & newer Bikes, flows more air than the stock air filter unit.
K&N part #HD-1614 will fit in stock filter housing, and cost about $60.oo, so that would turn the stock air filter
housing into the equivalent of a Stage-I air filter. That would take care of all the air his engine would use.

A K&N filter would save me money in the long run because its' washable. I don't think the stock filter is washable. So, that's probably a good way to go. Keep the everything breather related stock except the filter element.

I am seeing alot post about the fuel and air going in with just slip ons if one does not allow the said air out it doesn't work to its full capabilities. I bought a bike that had been tuned with big sucker air cleaner and v&h slip ons , I swapped the slip ons for a full set of cobra speedsters and the bike was dynamically stronger
