Default Best Brake Pads

Looking for some insight on the best brake pads for touring bikes. Probably been a hundred posts on this, but after searching for at least two hours, I can't seem to find a thread that states what pad is best for performance, feel, and LOW/NO dust. I have the Black Ice Agitators on front and back and I see the dust sitting on top of that beautiful finish and it just disgusts me. Did stock pads when I replaced and will not be doing that again. There should be a better performing (all around) brake pad. Thoughts and suggestions?
