If your scooter is already wired for it it's quite simple. Those that are not require a bit more work as shown in this *.pdf

The op's bike is a 2010 touring bike. That is what I thought the discussion was about.

I realize the OP's question has been answered, but wanted to clear things up a bit.

First, [b] acchd [/] had it right, but it appears some are confusing the PCV ( Power Commander ) with the PV ( Power Vision ). The Power is a flash tuner, and as stated, is able to turn on the ACRs.

Second, the correct harness for the OP's bike ( 2010 Street Glide ) is 70623-08, and the install guide is http://www.harley-davidson.com/app-c...ts/-J04441.PDF

Sorry, a little bored tonight.

Happy New Year

Dynojet told me that yes the pv can toggle the acrs on and off. However if your ECM was not setup for acrs from the factory that you will need a software flash from your dealer. So I went inquiring at the dealer. My local dealer says that it is absolutely correct and they can update the ECM for 1/2 hour labor for the flash ....so fifty bucks. Then I can take the pv and toggle my acrs on with them installed in the heads and hooked up

Question for you:
if using this approach, but linking the ACRs with the HD harness to the starter, do I still have to tell the ECM through my PowerVision that I'm using ACRs or have the dealer flash the ECM? I have a 2009 Ultra and don't know how to determine if it "set up" for ACRs if that even makes any difference.
