But they are beyond repair, and someone knew it.
You see those three wires cut off just at the top of the chrome ring?
They are the ones I said should normally be run outside the bars, then down under the tank for power.
Yours are cut off.
If you replace with new heated grips you will have to re-wire the left side of the bars.
The right side too if the test I described for them failed.
