I am installing Harley multi fit heated grips pt# (56100253) on my wife's 2016 Heritage Classic
I have everything installed except where to connect the power from the left grip to the throttle grip
being a fire by wire there should be a connector to plug into but I cant seem to locate it
Has any one installed or know where to make this connection
The instructions want you to fish the wire up the bar and crimp it to the blk and wht. wire which I can access from the harness at the goose neck but I am thinking there should be a connector already in place
There are 2 wires coming out of the right side of the bars, one is the hand controls, the other is the twist grip sensor and heated grip plug, follow it to the end, black 2 place plug with a black and white wire, right side under the tank!
Thanks I found it and had to change one end to a female connector
working fine
how lame is that to run the connector alll the way under the tank
why not leave it where you can actually access and use it
Thanks again

Are the wires for the heated grips completely internal ?
