Just doing the rock out fix on my buddies 2012 RK and here are the plugs, the one that looks bad is out of the front cylinder the clean one out of the rear. I don't have a lot of Harley experience and would like to hear some thoughts on what might be going on. Bike has about 20,000 miles doesn't burn any oil, Thanks.
Looks like valve guide seals to me. I'd put in a new set of "stock" plugs and drive it for a few hundred miles and recheck them. Don't forget to use a little anti-sieze on the threads.
I'd be scoping that cylinder before I even tried starting it again. Looks like metal transfer to me. Had a VW motor in a buggy had a plug that looked just like that.
Valve Guides and or Seals ( more probably seals ) would be my guess
