My Anniversary Edition comes stock with a two tone seat. That seat was one of the reasons I choose this particular bike over the Classic. BUT.... because of it I painted myself into a corner in that I kinda refuse to upgrade to a better, more comfortable seat. Cause I like the look of the seat so much, and the two tone is the main reason.
my seat is very similar to that one, except that it is for the 2012 cvo model. biggest difference is that the cvo seat has a leather seating surface while the hd solo is all vinyl.... personal preference on that.
I also got the matching backrest pad, which is obsolete so no longer available. I got the last one in the us, had to mail order it from Wisconsin.... the pic looks a little darker than it really is.
My riding buddy has to customize or personalize nearly every vehicle that he owns.
He has a'10 Ultra with custom red (his own color) paint, tank striping, as well as CVO wheels and many options that are OEM (GPS, mounted bag lights, heated rider seat, mag wheels, etc.) LED tail/brake lights, cat-removed true dual exhaust, upgraded to a "103" CI, then last season he had the black leather (all of it) on his bike replaced with a tan leather.
It looks really cool and I keep telling him it's a "one-of-a-kind machine.
Now that he has all of this completed and a "ton" of cash invested in this bike
he's getting the "hot" for a new Tri-Glide!
I just hope that he can find a buyer that will appreciate this bike and is willing to let go with the bucks that he has to have for it.
