I would like to know where I can buy this headlight accessories.. it makes an " Y " on the headlight. Is it inside the headlight or outside? Does it exist outside? Ive seen some that looks outside, but Its pretty rare.

You can get them either way. You can purchase a trim that goes over your headlight and passing lights, or you can purchase headlight and passing lights built that way.
