My dealer told me that all the cool bikers put skulls on their bikes, so I did it to be different, just like them.

***** G invented it as a "Marketing ploy" and of course being harley, it worked. Yea, skulls have been around allot longer but ***** G made it another HD trademark item that sells. Hey, it's no different then the "Bettie Boop" phenomenon common on those strong willed ladies riders bikes...

Personally I think a sadistic looking "clown" would be a neet theme and probably sell pretty well.

I'll tell ya. they are addictive. I've only had my bike 6 weeks and I've already got 16 skulls on her.
