TIRE CHECK

With TireCheck, you will never have to say, Does this tire look low to you"? You will be able to see at a glance when your tires need air. TireCheck is a tire pressure indicating valve cap which can be used on virtually all cars, SUVs, light trucks and motorcycles. One size fits all for tire pressures between 20 - 42 psi.
TireCheck indicates when there is a pressure loss of 2 - 3 psi. This unique product increases fuel economy and extends the life of your tires.
Inflate each tire to the vehicle manufacture's recommend tire pressure. Simple installation, just screw onto existing tire valve and replaces existing valve cap. TireCheck will display a pressure loss by a red indicator flag above the green in the clear plastic sight-glass. The red indicator shows if the tire pressures on the same car or different cars within the 20 - 42 psi range. Each time you remove and re-install TireCheck you will see an all green indication in the clear plastic sight-glass. TireCheck automatically sets itself to the new pressure. Sold in sets of 4.

They didn't last one revolution on my Road King. They got cought on the fender bracket or something and tore off.
The general consensus is, use a guage. You want to be taking a close look at your tires anyway.

Just a warning, if they crack they'll bleed all the pressure out of your tire. My father in law tried them on his El Camino and 1 out of the 4 always had a slow leak.

Have heard a number of reports from cagers an' bikers as to 'em failing, have also had a coupla reports of 'em addin' enough stress ta the stem as to cause the stem itself to fail an' dump the air out VERY quickly....not a good thang at 60 mph in the twisties....

Thanks for the info, I appreciate it. It will help me decide if I will use them or not (Probably Not)
