I'm doing a set of custom bags and lids and am looking to keep the stock bags intact as someone wants to buy them. therefore I'm in the market for replacement bag hardware; all the latches and stuff. Does anyone have experience in this. I see it ranging in price from 100-300 dollars. I'm not looking for Chinese junk.

(2) latch mechanisms & (2) lid tethers
(4) wear plates & (2) weatherstrips
(4) rubber saddlebag grommets & (4) saddlebag bushings
(2) OEM locks & (2) keys
all miscellaneous hardware for completing the assembly
Note: Does not include latch covers. Add Bad Dad's 900 Series Latch Covers to complete this assembly.
Available for the 1993-2013 FL-style hard saddlebags.
I'd be skeptical of the fleabay hardware. The condition says 'New', but the actual pics indicates otherwise. Many of the parts don't look quite as shiny and new.
And the Bagdad says it doesn't include the latch covers and more for your year bike.
