Im just curious what everyone uses for cleaning their bike. I have looked at the Harley products but am just curious if anyone has found anything better!
Mean Green, couple bucks a gallon at Dollar General, for heavy cleaning of engine and trans. Car wash soap, warm water, for the rest of the bike.Mr Clean eraser pads for whitewall tires..
I have the Harley Denim paint so for a full wash I use Joy dish soap and for quick wipe down I use ammonia free Windex. Just ordered Pig Spit for engine detailing to bring the black back out.
- Car wash solution

- Blow dry with JC Whitney cycle dryer
- Meguiar's or Mother's polish
- Plexus for polishing windshield
- Wizards Mist N Shine for spot detailing

For a regular 2 bucket wash:
Quality soap. I don't use any that has "Wax" in it.
Wheels - Sonax Full Effect
Dry - Electric leaf blower and Dry Me Crazy drying towel
Most of the time I use Optimum No Rinse to wash the bike and my truck. Super easy and so much faster. If you have never tried a no rinse wash you need to check it out.
