DIY Air ride wiring help??
I have a 2015 Street Glide Special.i've added the Air ride with a set of Monroe MA785 air shocks, a Viair 98 compressor, a dump/solenoid, and relay along with an air pressure gauge and 6 prong toggle switch. The problem I'm having is I believe the wiring of switch or dump to relay. When I lift the bike with switch up it does go up but drops down as soon as I let switch go. If I toggle down on switch it stops like it should at the center position of switch. I need for the dump to stop when I release toggle and its in center position. The toggle switch is a On/Off/On momentary switch. I've seen so many different diagrams that I have become confused and now I need help from others who have this set-up or something similar.
Relay and dump on right side next to abs
Viair 98 compressor
On/Off/On momentary switch
Relay attachment to harness
Trying to figure out which of the 2 wires on dump is positive and ground
Wiring of switch but still missing 2 middle prongs??
My 2015 SGS parked until I can get some help!!! 😊
Any help from you guys would be much appreciated 🙏🏽

Here you go, I made you a wiring diagram. First I would replace that 120v 6 prong switch to a 12v 3 prong switch. Using a 3 prong switch will make wiring system easier and less complicated. On the dump valve(with 2 black wires) it doesn't matter which wire goes to the switch or to ground. The fused wire that goes to the relay(thick red wire in pic) will go directly to positive terminal on battery. Another thing make sure you have a normally closed dump valve. That means when there is no power going to it, valve will be closed. With power to it, it should be open. A normally open valve will not work.

Here's the switch I used. I like it because it is small.

Or this one, which will be easier to mount. Just drill 3/4" hole.

Angelsbass, congrats on your setup. I'm in the planning stages of doing mine and am running into similar problems. I have myself thoroughly confused on the wiring! If you do not mind I have the following:
1. What brand / model relay switch did you use?
2. Can you explain to me wire by wire how this goes? Here is what I think I know so far:
Compressor: red wire to blue relay wire
black wire to ground
Dump Valve: blue wire to switch down position
black wire to ground
Relay: Blue wire to the red compressor wire
Black wire to negative battery
Yellow wire to In Line fuse wire to positive battery
White to switch up position
Red to center to switch center position
Am I close?
Any help would be appreciated!
