I have an 09 Ultra Classic that the right turn signal has stopped flashing. Everything was working fine until at some point riding Sunday. I've checked the bulbs and they are good. I have even checked with a volt meter. There is no change in voltage when the turn signal is on. The running light part of the right turn signal works. The left turn signal works with no issues. Any thoughts on what else to look at? Any way to test the TSM?

PM me with your e-mail address and I'll send you the wiring digram for your bike if that'll help you.
I sent you a link that will have schematics for the 2008 models, hope they work.
If it only affects the front or rear it could be the bulb or a ground. The front are dual element bulbs for running and turn signal.
My first thought is you right turn switch may not be working. See if you have power on the W/BN wire coming from the switch when you turn it on. Drawing B23 page 703. If it does have power there follow it through the connectors to see if it makes it to the TSSM # 7. If it does check TSSM #6 the BRN wire to the turn signals and follow it towards the Lights
I hear this quite often, and they always say the bulbs are good, but to date, it has ALWAYS been a bulb or bulb connection.
If the left side flashes, then the relay is good...there are not separate relays for left and right. A quick home check is to swap all 4 bulbs side to side. Problem now on the left? If so, you have a bad bulb. A broken filament can look good but still be broken.

My 09 did the same thing. I got new bulbs no help. Then checked with a Volt meter and everything checked good. Put new bulb back in and still did not work. I switched the left bulb for the right one and it started to work. No idea what was wrong. Good luck
