I'm pondering if i want to move away from my stock wheels to a 21" front. Or possibly different wheel with stock size.
Looking to see what can give me a good balance between style and ride. I do look the look of spoke but had a buddy where the spokes started slipping, not sure i want to deal with that.
Anyone out there with some good vendor suggestion?
and for all those members that want to remind me to use the such function, don't worry i will. but at the same time i'll post this thread
As far as spokes are concerned, they have been around a lot longer than cast and forged wheels! Any reliability problems are more likely down to poor build or severe shock IMHO. It will be a lot easier to help you if you decide on your preferred choice of rim sizes and rim or cast/forged!
I looked into spokes when I was deciding. I went with the 21" fat spokes up front and 16" rear by Sinister. I also looked at Paughco for the traditional spokes look. Both are good brands and they carry 21" and stock sizes.
