I know the fhlp doesn't come with the radio. but was wondering if the speakers and wiring are there from the factory.

 

Usually no speakers & the wiring is different on Police models. No hand control switches for the radio either. You might get a better response if you give more info about the bike such as the year. FLHP is a Road King Police so there would not be any fairing to mount the radio & speakers in. Check the model & year. FLHTP is the Electra Glide (fairing) model at least since 1994.

 

You can also learn more by using an on-line website, like this one, which shows the Police models. For servicing I believe there is a Police supplement to go with the factory service manual - a jolly good read, I'm sure!
