What is the difference between the $18 and $32 kits (other than the extra parts)? It isn't obvious to me from the description.

A complete kit ($32) for both left and right rider footboards has 4 spacers, 2 for each side. A split kit ($18) for EITHER right or left side has 2 spacers.
