Hi guys, been searching and searching and can't seem to find the right thing..wondering if you guys can help me out here...
Does the 06 street glides have an option for Luggage racks and Sissy bars to be separate?
Basically I want the options of either using the rack alone (quick disconnect) or sissybar alone or both if I wanted to.. I don't want the rack attached to the sissy bar.
I know they do for the 09 and up but Is this an option pre 09?
Yes, it is. The 4-point docking connector set is what you need. 53803-06 and 53804-06 are the two you need for all four points.
The sissy bar (whichever height one you use) uses points 3&4, the luggage rack (you want 53743-97 Detatchable Luggage Rack) when you use it uses points 1&2. You can use the rack without the sissy bar.
