Default Go Pro Mount

Any one have good ideas on mounting a Go Pro? I get a lot of vibration from the 110. I have tried the clamp to the lowers, and on the fairing. I have placed it on my helmet and that is good but would like a hard mount. Maybe some type of damping system

The hog tag collar has worked best for me.
I made a mount out of PVC that clamped to the handle bars. It would rotate 360 and I like that, however, it had a lot of vibration.
I am not expert by any means. I had the same issues with vibration and the hog tag collar has worked for me.

7 different mounting positions for the GoPro on the bike... plus one handheld.

This song came on my iPod while out riding, and it put me in mind of my best friend and Brother...

I moved away from him and his family, who still live in Kentucky.

I was out riding and this song came on my iPod... put him in my mind, and couldn't get him out...

So, with 7 or 8 different perspectives, put this video together as a "Wish you were here" kind of thing.

Sorry to get sappy... but I thought it turned out well.

The best spots I have found are just above my highway peg on the front crash bar on the yellow line side and then the bar running between the passing lamps on the yellow line side. Cannot mount directly above the fender as the compression of the forks will cause the camera to hit the fender. Very minimal vibration at these points.

Will post some pics later today after work!

With the 103 the highway bar works great, not so much with the 110. Looking for some type of damping mount

My experience is that hard mounting results in lots of boring footage to wade through. Our best footage is when the wife has the camera handheld. I'm thinking of trying a windshield mount with a swivel.

Hog Tag Collar http://hogtagcollar.com/

This is the test video I did, right after mounting the hogtagcollar. It's a combination of city, highway, country road, and the dreaded rough gravel.

+1 for HogTag collar, it's rock solid with no vibration. My only complaint is it's low on the bike.

I'm not finding a mount (hog tag collar) for the 09-13 touring, I'm I missing something?

Thanks!
