Gasket, Now that you're retiring, what are you going to be doing for a living? If you machined these mounts, you might consider either manufacturing a bunch - or patenting the design and selling the specs to an aftermarket company.
As designed, do the mounts allow for bag-guards?
I've used several different flag mounts for the rack on my RKC- but yours do look like a great idea. I'd also be interested in a set, if/when you go into production.
If you aren't in a position with the machines to manufacture, you might look to rent time and space at a machine shop wherever you settle.
