Turn signal issue

I have a 2005 HD FLHTCUI (Ultra Classic). My right turn signal just started becoming as bright as it can be while running and while just being turned to the ign. Side of the switch. When turn signal switch is pressed the front bulb will not flash it stay just as bright it was before. But is brighter then the left bulb. Need help fast. Have no money to take to shop or turn around chasing air. And it's my daily drive.

Chris,

Does the rear blinker work properly?
If you haven't already, try swapping bulbs with the left blinker. Maybe an open filament in the "bright" bulb.
Let us know how you make out.
