Default Wiring install advice

I have some Rivco mirrors with amber front side turn and running lights plus red rear turn signal lights. I want to run the wiring through the handlebars of my 2015 Road Glide. Has anyone done that? There does not appear to be clearance between the switch gear and the handlebar access holes. Do I need to drill a hole in the switch gear?

Check this video if you're curious.

John, yes it can be done, it's been done a million times. Just do some diligent google searching, you will find a lot of information about the process.
