Fuel management system. How to know?

I keep reading that bike needs fuel management system if changing something in intake/exhaust. I bought a 2007 ultra few months ago that has rinehart pipes. Never asked previous owner about system because didn't know. Where would I find this system if one was installed?

Usually under the seat if it is a add on type. Near or replaces the computer. Maybe tucked into the side panel. Or it could be you computer was re-mapped.

07 right side panel. It will be tie wrapped to the ECM.
Or it could have a cert flashed in the ECM. Dealer would have to tell you ($40)
