Default s&s 106" kit plus more Power Issues

Hello all,

Just got done with rebuilding my 2010 Street Glide 96" to a 106" big bore kit. Got it all done and not pulling as big as numbers as I suspected. Bike was on the dyne for a while and we could only get 90HP 105TQ out of her. Still a huge increase from where I started from But I was expecting much more. Any thoughts?

My thoughts are needing bigger injectors or the ECU is set up on a 96" which restricts power

106" S&S Big bore kit
Heads ported and polished
Andrews cams
S&S lifters
S&S oil pump and oil plate
Adjustable push rods
Power Commander 5
SE Intake
Thunder Header 2into1 exhaust

something isn't right.. my 107 with a shitty 2 into 1 drag pipe made 113/120 - figured if i used a D&D PIPE i would of seen 120+

s&s 570 cams
wfolarry stage 2+ heads
cp pistons
hpi 58mm tb
nasty bastard pipe
tuned via power vision

Ill have to check the compression in the next day or two on the pistons.

My next thought would be if the cams are off a tooth. But I figured it would be running very poorly if it was off at all. Seems to be running strong except the power issue. Timing doesn't sound off at all

Not asking what your compression is per cylinder. Asking what compression ratio pistons you used. You should be banging 115hp with this build.

Yeah maybe that is a tad high but should still be in the ballpark. Definitely better than where he's at right now.

since you have adjustable - i would pull the plate and double check that you arent off a tooth like you mentioned.
