Thank you for the responses guys. I literally just got the bike on Monday and have driven it about 60 miles - though it had 366 from the showroom. (Demo rides?) I wish I could explain it better. It just feels like something isn't tight with the drivetrain. If I blip the throttle and let off it quickly, its a clank sound with each motion. Give it throttle CLANK. Let off throttle Clank. It "feels" like gears that have a gap in them and you don't feel the acceleration until a split second after the CLANK sound. Anyways my wife works for the service department at Harley Davidson so getting the bike in isn't an issue. I just wanted to know if this was normal part of break in, or something that it needed to go in for. I have to take it in next week to get my RXC 4.5 slip on exhaust, and windshield installed anyways so I'll definitely take it up with them.

Maybe with the louder exhaust, the clank will go away.
Seriously though, have the dealer look at it. If it's still in warranty and something bad happens you're covered. If some related happens out of warranty you might have a case since you reported it earlier.
The hardest part for me moving to a Harley was getting accustomed to all the noises. Now I just consider them indications that stuff is working.

I noticed the same sound in my relatively new (1.3K) '15 Road Glide drive line the other day; kind of a slap sound when accel/decal. I just figured I was in the wrong gear (too high) for the load I was putting on the bike. Don't know about your speed Elder, but I was going pretty slow.
Sounds like the clutch, But it's a new bike, take it back and have it checked out at the dealer. And get it on a service record for when they say it's normal and then something happens you'll be covered.
