FLHTCU 1991 Starter Trouble
Hi from Sochi (Russia) and sorry for my bad english.
There was a problem with the engine running on my Hog. Here's a video:

if you do not have a service manual this will be a little more difficult.
the service manual details how to rebuild or replace all the parts of the starter, solenoid and starter clutch.
your starter is a Hitachi and I think the starter clutch can be replaced with a toyota-
Forum member Dawg has posted before that a nippondenso starter clutch for a toyota camry is a direct fit- I have messaged him to ask if he thinks that would work for the 1991 model
youtube videos may be helpful if you don;t have a service manual
