I bought a full dresser at the Steel Pony rally in New Orleans in 2002. Great bags and I have used it many times.This past year, getting ready for my ride to Sturgis, one of the plastic buckles broke so I had to use a bungy cord to secure it to my luggage rack. I happened to walk by the Kuryakynbooth at the dealership and spoke with the guy who makes the bags for them. I told him about my problem and asked if I could purchase a new buckle. He told me that they didn't make those style buckles anymore but If I would go get my bag, he replace it with a new one. I was already packed and heading for home so he told me to call him when I got home and he would take care of it. Igot home, called him and he swapped out my old bag for a brand new one. That kind of customer service and guarantee is hard to find anymore.
