with your kit (307-30-10013) were all the friction discs (10) the same size? Thanks.

If I go in and remove the damper spring and the dished spring, will running that smaller diameter plate with out the two internal springs cause any problems.

Has this solved the same problem for other members?

Thanks in advance!!

The gentleman at E1 recommended backing off the adjuster screw only a 1/4 turn from lightly seated which gave me the clutch feel I wanted.
By any chance did you have the spring in backwards? So easily done.
I know that this is an old thread but it's all I could find that is similar to my situation. I recently did the Barnett's Kevlar Extra Plate Kit and the Barnett Clutch Spring Conversion Kit, I love the performance but hate the lack of friction zone. The bike doesn't start to move until the clutch lever is almost all the way out where the stock clutch would start crabbing about a 1/2" off the grip. My question to you is this, did you put the spring and seat in first or did you put in that first friction, then the spring and seat and then follow with a steel and then alternate from there? I appreciate any info you can give me.
