Engine Swap
I'm thinking of having the 103 in my FLRT replaced with a 120 sourced from Harley through my dealer. The dealer suggests 12 hours of labor to make the swap. Does that sound reasonable? Thank you for your answers.

Probably so. There's a lot to do in the process. The tuning of the new 120" will most likely take 3-4 hours alone so 8 hours to completely do the swap correctly would be about right.

When I did mine my dealer worked with me on an "out the door" price instead of estimated hours. Is he giving you a quote for the total project or you just asked how long it takes and he said 12 hours?

120 IA a subpar motor
Just my experience with them they lack performance and gas mileage and are a bitch to keep in tune. Go with a 124 or 128 cost is roughly 2k more on the upgrade.
