I'm finally switching from metrics and am looking at 2 Steet Glides. Both are 2008 Anniversay editions (with the black and copper paint). One is completely stock with only 6,100 miles. The other has a 9" windscreen, front and rear crash bars, color-matched tour pack with passenger back rest, and drivers backrest. They are within $300 of each other on price so, really, the same. But the one with the add-ins has 17,000 miles. My question is are the add-ins worth the addition al 11K miles? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Private sale or dealer on either? I'm assuming based on the price, its at a dealer. If private sale, the one with 6100 on the clock most likely still has the original tires which are 8 years old, just something to consider. Further, with such little mileage, the stock comp issues probably haven't cropped up. Make sure the fuel filter shell recall was completed on either bike. I don't know as I would pay almost $15k for either one. I have an 08 anny ultra with numerous mods and extras and don't think I could get more than $12k for it on a good day. Dealer trade-in is about $9k for it.

Thanks! Maybe its geographical, but the prices are consistent with comparable a throughout the state (I've looked state wide). The 6100 mile bike is a dealer, the other is private seller. His is OBO so I'm sure it's an opening number and he'll take a little less (or I won't buy).
