I just happened to have this laying in the garage (Fuel Moto Jackpot stainless 2-1-2). Fuel Moto uses stock heat shields, thus why the OP would have confused it for a stock exhaust. Vance and Hines is a 2 piece stamped collector.

They claim only 1 hp difference if any at all from a stock decatted pipe and an aftermarket head pipe. Local engine builder and dyno guy tells everyone not to waste their money on a pipe. Since you already have the fuel moto pipe I would keep it and sell the stock one.
