Your bike has 1" wheel bearings, while the later 18" SG wheels use 25mm, however you can install 1" bearings in the later wheel. The simplest way to do that is to buy a bearing kit from H-D, which comes with the essential bearing spacer. I've done that myself on an older bike.
Your rotors will swap over to the later wheel, so you can continue to use your calipers. Alternatively you can use the later rotors and swap to later Brembo calipers, which will fit your forks. Later bikes use larger diameter rotors, hence the need to match them up, as they will not work with your current ones.
