They are ALL third party... the one that Jim sales is Cornerstone the other one that most all HD sales is CNA === both 3rd party

I would reply by saying, you may very well be correct. However since my bike still stock. I cannot for see any issues. But do not always pack my crystal ball, ( maybe I should). Just know for experience with warranties in the auto dealer world, no matter where you from or going factory warr. always covered. Aftermarket warr. unless direct pay by issuer,where sometimes hassles for customers. They would need to pay upfront and then submit to warr. company for reimburstment.
