Thanks again for all the help. Bars are on, and boy are they comfortable. It's an 07 ultra with 10" Paul yaffee bars, original cables. Only two issues, front brake line is pretty tight, and cruise isn't working. If I remember right the light on display should turn green when cruise is activated. Mine stays red. Other than that I love it. I'm pretty sure the problem will be found to be in the housing, i opened housing up, wiggled wires, nothing seemed to be pinched.

 

 

Check your brake light switch. Notorious for being easily broken. That will cause the cruise not to engage. If you're brake lights are on constantly that's s sure sign you broke the switch.

 

other check would be roll off switch, unplug it if cruise works thats the problem.
