Default Apes for me!!

Ordered a set of 14" Yaffe monkey bars to fit my 36" sleeve length and 36"inseam. From all that I have read this is the way to go for better ride. Tired of the neck and shoulder pain and the knees getting in the way doing a u-turn.

I think you'll like them. I've changed to higher bars on my last 3 bikes and its eliminated the neck/shoulder pain I put up with on Harleys for the last 20+ years.

The biggest comfort mod I've done on my this bike and my last one was bars. 14" Wild Ones this time. Couldn't be happier.

I am hoping the 14's are the right size, but on the other I know they will be better than stock.

Not sure how the Ultra Limited fairing is but with 13"+ bars you can use stock Street Glide mirrors to clean up the bars a bit. Unless you prefer the mirrors on top of your bars. Initially wanted 12s but my buddy recommended 13s for that reason.

I was going to go with 14" bars but got a screaming deal on a set of used 16" with chrome switch housings and the wires already run internally. Now if the damned mailman would hurry up I'd have them installed!

Didn't think of doing that, I will have to see if that is possible

I'm 6' and put 12's on my 2002 Road King - and am finding them real comfortable. Just rode 5 hours on Sunday, and felt pretty good, no pain between my shoulder blades that I had with the stock 7"(?) rise bars.

Love my 14" Factory 47s. So much more comfortable.
