I have a 2006 Road King Custom, have purchased and connected the Accessory splitter however the connection is not hot. Any suggestions, I have already checked all fuses to insure it is not a fuse problem. Anything else you have to do to use the accessory connection?
Don't have a King but on my Road Glide I have to turn on the Acc switch to make theAcc plughot, but I have no idea how the King setup is. Figured since nobody posted a answer, I'd try and get the ball rolling for you.
On my 07 ultra classic the plug has 4 wires.
One is ground, one is always on with the ignition switch, one is switched and the last is a brake
The switched wire must have both the ignition and accessory switches on to be energized.
Your bike may be different.
